Throughout the next week, Lexvivo will publish dispatches from the Virgin Islands (U.S. and British) about biodiversity law, which has become one of the most dynamic, fascinating, and important branches of the law. This is the 12th time I will have taught Biodiversity Law in the Virgin Islands, where tropical rainforests meet coral reefs, and the area teems not only with Darwin's "
