PatCon V Arrives

The fifth annual Patent Conference (now commonly known as "PatCon") begins bright and early on April 10, 2015, at the University of Kansas School of Law, and continues on Saturday, April 11, 2015.  It features the latest research by top patent scholars from around the world.  Here is the full schedule for PatCon V.  Highlights include a keynote address ("Exploring Massive IP-Free Innovation by Consumers") by visionary MIT Sloan School Professor Eric von Hippel, and plenary addresses by former senior advisor to the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy Colleen Chien ("Intellectual Property and Innovation Policy at the White House") and newly-appointed Director of the USPTO Elijah J. McCoy Satellite Office, Detroit, Michigan, A. Christal Sheppard ("State and Future of the USPTO Including Day in the Life of Examiners and PTAB Judges").  Come one, come all - heed the patent muster call!
